Significant Changes and Updates

Expanding ASPSP Coverage Across Europe

In July, we focused heavily on broadening our open banking coverage of banks across Europe. Adding new APIs is always exciting, and sometimes even challenging. As one of the first to integrate the latest ASPSP offerings, we occasionally encounter issues even the banks themselves haven’t yet identified, such as onboarding hurdles, PSU authorisation errors or data quality inconsistencies.

We always work closely with the ASPSP’s support teams to test, resolve and improve these connections together. With tight cooperation we can strengthen the open banking ecosystem as a whole and bring more value to the TPPs and most importantly, end users.

These new additions count up our total number of banks, currently reaching over 2500 ASPSPs across 29 European countries. Highlights this month include several new integrations in Austria, Croatia and Finland include the following banks:

Aktia: New PSD2 production API for personal and business account data fetching and payment initiation, with consent validity extended up to 180 days. This allows for smoother connectivity and higher quality of data.
