Enable Banking Changelog | April 2026

Enable Banking April 2026 changelog

This month brought Czech translations for the consent UI, an open banking integrations list that's easier to navigate by country, and wider card account access in Italy.

Significant Changes and Updates

Catch us at the Nordic Fintech Summit

The Nordic Fintech Summit, hosted by Helsinki Fintech Farm, is one of the better places we know to talk about open banking infrastructure with the people actually building it. We'll be there this year and would be glad to connect, whether it's about an integration you're working on, a market that's been giving you grief, or just the realities of running a TPP in 2026.

If you're attending, use code Sarah20 at checkout for 20% off your ticket. Drop us a note ahead of time, and we'll make sure to find each other.

Czech Localisation for the Auth Flow and Consent UI

While Enable Banking doesn’t operate in the Czech Republic as an account information service provider (AISP), our open banking infrastructure already powers several TPPs licensed to operate there. To make the experience smoother for their end users, we've added Czech translations to the authorisation and consent UI. The CZ locale is now available across all environments and can be set when initiating access to account information or a payment.

Refining the Open Banking Integrations List

Pan-European players like Revolut, N26, and Wise often operate in countries where they don't have a locally listed branch. Our open banking integrations list now shows these banks across every country they serve, regardless of where their local branches sit. We've also promoted popular sub-brands like "Hello Bank!" and "imagin" to unique top-level entries, so end users can find the brand they actually recognise.

We've also reworked how ASPSP details are presented. Clicking on a bank now opens a full-page view rather than a pop-up. We've removed the rarely used "Suggest changes" button and swapped the often-confusing Sandbox and Production status indicators for direct links to each bank's market specifics and to our demo application, Tilisy.com. Together, these make it faster to gauge what to expect from an integration before opening the docs

Extended Card Account Support in Italy

Card account access matters for any product that needs the full picture of a user's spending: subscription tracking, expense categorisation, lending decisions, or anything else where missing the card transactions means missing most of the day-to-day activity.
